Solid product, website could improve

I purchased the Men's Resistance Band Pants, +40 tension. The resistance is noticeable and adds a good challenge to my training. Delivery took about a week, which was acceptable. i know they have like +20 and +40 resistance pants, but which one is better for just daily wear and some light jogging? not trying to go super hard.

+20 would probably be better for daily stuff. +40 is pretty intense for just regular activities.

Definitely start with the +20. The +40 is no joke and you'd feel it way more, especially for casual wear. Save that for dedicated workouts.

They felt true to size for me, but it also depends on how tight you want the compression. If you're on the edge, maybe go up one for comfort, especially if you're wearing them for long periods.
